Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

BUILDEX is an online service that helps construction companies respond to tenders: tender document analysis, go / no-go recommendation, inconsistency detection, submission checklist and assistance drafting the technical proposal.

2. Access

Access requires an account created on behalf of a company. The customer is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all actions taken from its account.

3. Customer content and references

The customer retains ownership of the documents it uploads (tenders) and of the references it adds to the service: rate cards, equipment fleet, methods, reference projects, team information.

This content is used solely to produce the customer's analyses and documents. It is never shared with other customers and never used to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Nature of the results

Analyses and texts produced by BUILDEX support decision-making and writing. Every item is sourced so that it can be checked. The customer remains solely responsible for verifying results, for its bidding decisions and for the content of the bid it submits.

5. Pricing and payment
